We listen to customer/user's requirement and investigate to determine where the problem is, what are the options available to resolve them, the cost associated with each options, and the advantages and disadvantages of each option.  With these details, the most appropriate decision can be made by the customer, or recommend by us upon request. 

    Multi vendors, multi-products - One stop service provider
  Subject to parts availability, we service & repair many different products of various manufacturer down to electronic component replacement. Equipments which are under warranty or could not be repaired by us will be sent (upon confirmation by you) to authorized service center (if available) for a minimal handling charges. This will ensure that the equipment are serviced/ repaired and returned back to you as soon as possible.   
 On site and in-house repair
  Subject to parts availability, equipments that are crucial on daily transaction for an example, will be repaired/serviced at customer's premise within 1 – 3 hours depending on models and defect.  Some equipments are best serviced/repaired at our site as we have more tools to use and cleaning can be done thoroughly.  Loan units are provided to overcome shortage or when onsite repair is not possible.

Backup

Company data is crucial to overall operation of an organisation. Therefore, a backup will ensure minimal downtime in the event of hardware/ software failure, or theft or damage by any other means. We provide backup services where data from certain workstations or servers and copied into CD/DVD/external storage and kept either at customer's premise or ours as often as required. This can be arranged on weekly, monthly or quarterly depending on volume of transactions.
 
 
System Audit

System audit can be carried out to find out:
                   Software licenses purchased and maintained
                   Software licenses currently in use

                   Obsolete software licenses
Shortage of licenses for new purchasing or removal to comply with requirement.
A complete report containing the report data, summary and recommendations is included to help an organisation to review and take necessary action to comply licensing legalization. At present, a copy of unlicensed software used within the premise may cost the company as much as RM 20,000 per copy per machine when found by the Business Software Alliance (BSA).
 
 
Performance & Stability Analysis

Using both software and testers, workstation & servers which requires performance gain, can be checked and upgraded or replaced. Stability analysis is carried out to determine the reliability of a workstation/ server with details to address the stability issues. Many organisation are running pc at bare minimal performance despite the capability of such machines. All that is required is a little upgrade or tweak to gain as much 100% performance.
